July 2018 Events!

I chose MediLodge of Alpena after my knee replacement. I am very satisfied with my stay here. Everyone is so caring and understanding. Nancy, Ashley, and Eric were terrific and very helpful with my therapy. Thank you for everything!

Everyone here was wonderful, and it was fun here! The center was very clean, pleasant people and good food! There were many friendly faces and smiles.

The reasons I chose this center is because my daughter is an OT here, and I knew I would get the quality therapy I needed. In the Therapy Dept, Nancy and Rachel stood out! They worked me very hard to help me reach my goal. Also the E Wing Nurses, Missy and team; they went out of their way to answer my many questions, and they were always pleasant with a smile. It was the best month I have ever spent on myself. I got stronger every day I rested and healed, I met a new friend and got encouragement along the way from those friends. I would come back if I ever needed to — a very pleasant stay. I had fun.

The reason I chose this center is that it's close to home. If only all nurses in the world were like Jess, we'd all be so much better. She is amazing!

The nurses, techs, housekeeping all worked very well together and I had a great experience overall! The staff was kind and professional. They encouraged you to "do a little more stretching!" Music therapy was very great and uplifting for the residents and therapists. I went to the dining room about 1/3 of the time and was impressed by the staff and warm food! A fellowship is so important! All of the staff have compassion. I felt safe and cared for easily. Ice was my friend and available to me. The staff has quite a sense of humor too! Blessings to you all!

I chose MediLodge of Alpena because it was close to my home and had good ratings! The team is amazing--they all care. Anything I had a question about was explained to me. I am pleased with the choice I made.

I chose MediLodge of Alpena because I had visited a friend here and was impressed by how clean and nice it looked. All the nurses and CENA’s were excellent! Cleaning ladies are so very pleasant and did a good job. All the volunteers were very special, always helpful and so very pleasant. Physical therapy was great and all so caring and so helpful.

Social services, the business office, and especially the PT and OT team stood out to me! All of your employees were really empathetic and supportive, even when I was getting frustrated.

Every department in MediLodge more than surpassed my expectations. From therapy to the entire staff. I was cared for in the most professional and caring way. My experience here at MediLodge can only be explained as totally unexpected as far as caring and respect. Every member of the staff treated me with A+ kindness.

I chose MediLodge of Alpena for myself because I knew I would get excellent care and I have received exceedingly great care! I would need more space to list everyone that gave me terrific care. Jessie, Kathy, Mary, Rain, Kathy, Zackery, and all the A-Wing Techs were fantastic! Everyone was so wonderful to me. I even made some wonderful friends. Everyone would go out of their way to accommodate all my requests!
